Tetra BF Bio Foam pads are replacement filter media parts for Tetra/Tetratec external canister filters. They provide efficient mechanical and biological filtration, removing medium sized particles from the water and have a high surface area to support growth of beneficial bacteria. These should be replaced when they lose their shape. Contains 2 foam pads.
Fits EX 1200 model.
Tips:
- Rinse in lukewarm water before use.
- When replacing a Tetra Easy Crystal Filter cartridge, we recommended the use of Tetra Filter Active make sure that lost filter bacteria is quickly restored.
- To clean, rinse in a bowl of aquarium water, never wash under the tap.
